Our Bohemian Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging (with tags still attached for textiles)
- Accompanied by your order confirmation

- Package your item securely using the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our Atlanta sanctuary using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Information
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend:
- US Customers: USPS Priority Mail or UPS
- International Customers: DHL or FedEx with tracking
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
