We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging (with tags still attached for textiles)
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation
✨ Jungalow Pro Tip: We cannot accept returns on Live Plants, Dried Florals, or Sale Rugs due to their perishable/nature and discounted nature. These items are marked as final sale at checkout.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
